Otis was Head Bartender and Beverage Manager at the Century Plaza Hotel in Century City, CA and was in charge of Food & Beverage set up for the opening of the Peach Tree Plaza Hotel in Atlanta, GA. He and Carmen traveled to Singapore where Otis was in charge of F & B setup at the Grand Plaza Parkroyal Hotel. Otis received many awards and commendations during his service with Plaza Hotels.
